Lindley Heads to US Soccer Residency

Carmel United and the Indiana United Fire are proud to announce that Cameron Lindley has been selected by US Soccer to be a full time member of the U17 National Team Residency program in Bradenton, Florida.

Lindley started his career at CUSC when he was 8 and has been a member of the club since that time. He played with the CUSC 96 team that won back-to-back-to-back State Championships and was a vital part of their run in 2010 to the US Youth Soccer Region II Finals. He played with the Indiana United Fire Developmental Academy last season and was the youngest full time Developmental Academy player in the United States.  As a 13-year-old player, Lindley was actually featured with the US Soccer U 18 group last spring and summer.

Carmel United and the Indiana United Fire wish Cameron all the best at Bradenton.  To follow Lindley and the US Soccer U17’s, please visit ussoccer.com. The team heads to Turkey mid-month on what will be on of many events in place to prepare the group for the 2013 World Cup held in the United Arab Emirates.
